How to Use the Template (Step-by-Step Guide):

  1. Add goal → e.g., “Start a Newsletter” or “Run a Marathon.”

  2. Fill in the WOOP (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan)

  3. For each goal, create a new WOOP plan

    The Plan directly addresses the Obstacle by creating If-Then scenarios. This helps you stay prepared when challenges arise, ensuring you don’t lose 
     momentum.
    

    Example:

    Obstacle: Procrastination

    Plan: If I avoid writing, I’ll set a 25-minute timer to start

  4. Create specific tasks linked to your WOOP Plan

    Example:

    Task→ Write for 25 minutes (linked to the procrastination plan)
